PhatPad is a powerful tool for your Pocket PC, Windows Mobile, oreven Tablet PC. I find it very useful for taking down quick notes. Ifyou have the talent you can even draw with it. I was almost surprised tofind that the program had a full range of editing commands like cut, copy, undo, and more. Another very cool feature is the "feel" whenyou're using the program. The "ink" really seems to flow as youwrite on the screen. Slick.

PhatPad is no feather-weight either. You can have up to 1,000,that's one-thousand pages as part of a single file. I also foundthat I could export my notes and save them as graphics images. The program supports a number of graphics file formats including JPG andPNG. The program works really well with CaliGrapher which wasfeatured just a few weeks ago. If you have both programs loaded onyour mobile device CaliGrapher can convert things written in PhatPad toprinted text ... pretty neat.

PhatPad is simply loaded with cool and excellent features. Youcan zoom, load background images, email your notes, export them, put inreminders, draw shapes, put in voice notes, and lots more. It's really adazzling program and just one of a number of excellent products producedby PhatWare Corporation. PhatPad is one of those "hip" productsthat make me shake my head in disbelief. Why? Because what it does isjust very cool. No other way for me to say it. I like the program somuch that it's not only one of my Picks, but I'm also making it one ofmy Dr. File Finder Favorites and thoseare few and far between. If you have a Windows-based mobile device youowe it to yourself to check out PhatPad. I recommend it.
