Basic Organization
It can often be a chore just organizing your own time, but when you have to organize a team of people it can seem daunting. With VIP Team ToDo List you can layout the project to be done, determine who will work on each aspect, and keep track of work as it's completed. You can track tasks from the day they were started all the way through their completion.
VIP Team To Do List lets you keep track of exactly where each piece of the puzzle is. I like the fact that it clearly shows you thestatus of each item and who is responsible for it. No guess work, just facts. The program also shows you a percentage that indicates how close, or far away, you are to completion.

The ability to create categories makes tracking things even easier. Note that each category can have a distinctive icon, which makes it easier for everyone. The use of priorities lets everyone see just how important each item is to the overall project.
Making A Project Easier
VIP Team To Do List makes any project easier by letting you break it down into parts. Think about it. If you take a project, like building a bridge, it can seem overwhelming. Ahh, but if you break it down into all of the little things that have to be done, you can better see the project as a whole. Order steel, order cable, order bolts, order paint, and so on. Make someone responsible for all the component parts. It goes from being a bridge to being a series of things to do that will lead to a bridge.
VIP Team To Do List lets you filter the jobs by a range of criteria, including completion, status, date created, priority, and more. The program can even send emails so you're constantly up-to-date on each aspect of the main project and all of the segments. Slick!

The screen shot shows the dialog for creating a new task. Take a look at all the things you can control. You can set the status, estimate how long it will take, make the task recur, set a reminder, make notes, list resources that pertain to the task, and more. You can even copy tasks, delete tasks, and duplicate tasks.
Cool Features
I was impressed by the fact that VIP Team To Do List is so flexible. Items can be easily changed depending on what you need. You can increase or decrease priority, change the status, change the due date, and change the category. You can view things by category, status, resource, due date, priority, and so on. The program is simply loaded with configurable options and features that allow you to work the way you want to. You can export information in a variety of file formats including XML, HTML, text, and Excel spreadsheet format.Generate a Web page and post it online. You can also import data from CSV format files. You can determine what fields are shown and which are hidden. The program will display exactly the information you want it to. With built-in FTP and email support, you can upload your project as a Web page and notify all your team members easily.
Summing It Up!
VIP Team To Do List is an impressive program from a company that specializes in time management. The product is loaded with features, yet it's also intuitive to use. It doesn't overwhelm you with complexities that aren't necessary. It's easy-to-use and I think it's perfect for users with all levels of experience. In working with the program I found it to be highly customizable and I always like that.VIP Team To Do List will make doing any project easier for you and your team. I like it so well that I'm pleased to give it the Tucows Editors Choice Award for excellence. Give it a try, I give it my highest recommendation.
