Agent, by ForteInc. is a first-rate newsreader and this is a brand new version. The program has been around since 1995 and it's the newsreader I've always used. The program is fast and efficient and easy-to-use as well.I think the user interface is very intuitive and that makes it perfect for users with all levels of experience. You can see where you need to go at a glance with toolbar titles that mean something like Action,Folder, Message, and the like.
Agent can handle multiple newsgroup servers, private newsgroups, and email. It also comes with some impressive filtering power so you can get exactly what you want from the newsgroups you subscribe to. It deals with text and binary newsgroups equally well and even supports "virtual servers." It provides the ability to have the program "pull" in content from multiple servers so you have optimum content with a "virtual server" -- a very slick option! Agent has quite a few options that you can configure, like the way it deals with headers for example.I personally always use Agent with me in control, but you can also let it work in the background doing the things you've told it to do. And,the ability to do email and newsgroups make it a great two-in-one tool.
Agent, by Forte Inc., is a powerful yet easy-to-use solution for both newsgroups and email. It's loaded with great features and lots of configurable options. You can customize it in so many ways including filters to route your information and different rules for different folders. The program also makes it very easy to find information that's in the program. Search for text in email or newsgroups and find what you're looking for! I hope you'll give it a try and see for yourself just how good Agent is. Check it out - I recommend it!

Diskeeper Professional Edition, by
Diskeeper Professional Edition takes the defragmentation process and makes it simple. How? Because it has this wonderful feature called "Set It And Forget It!"And that's exactly what it means. You tell the program to come on at a certain time, or under certain conditions, and it does. For example, I have it working on my computer every night from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. That means I don't have any slow-downs while my drive is defragmented and it isdefragmented. You can set the program to run based on your work habits, your schedule, and so on. There's also a primary schedule and as well as a secondary one. Slick.
Diskeeper Professional Edition is a powerful product that's perfect for both home and business. I recommend it to everyone and I have it on all of my computers. The user interface is very intuitive and the program is extremely easy-to-use. It's perfect for users will all levels of experience and I'll go so far as to say that you don't even have to understand what fragmentation is to eliminate it with Diskeeper. There are versions for home, small business, and even large corporations. I can tell you one thing, this is one program I would not be without. In my opinion it's the onlyprogram you'll ever need to keep your hard drives defragmented. It has my very highest recommendation!

- DownloadAdondo Personal Audio Link NOW!
Personal Audio Link, or PAL, is a fascinating program that puts you in control of all the information on your computer and more! In this age when information is so valuable, this is a program you'll want to look at and try. Using PAL you get the information you need right from your computer. All kinds of information. Personal Audio Linkinstalls on your computer and PAL asks if you want a VoIP phone number(at no charge) during the 45-day trial. If so, a private 10-digit phone number is auto-provisioned right into PAL, on the spot. It's fast and easy. There is no waiting. Now, your computer has a phone number and it's a gateway to lots of information.
You can communicate with PAL while sitting at your desktop or from any phone. For that reason, you can do a voice profile for "local" use and one for "remote" use. To do both only takes about 5 minutes. Right from the beginning you can get a wide range of information, plus you can customize the information thatPAL has available. From sitting in front of my computer OR from a thousand miles away calling in from my cell phone I can have AdondoPersonal Audio Link do things like:
- Read my email
- Send audio email replies
- Tell me the weather in Denver
- Tell me the traffic on I-25 North or E-470 West
- Read me CNN news
- Read me my favorite blogs
- Tell me the weather in Boston
- Tell me my upcoming appointments
- Call any contact in my address book
- Tell me what Ford Motor Company is trading at
- And lots, lots, more!
I can drive in my car and deal with email, check on appointments, and get the latest news all without touching a button. I call my PersonalAudio Link "Friday" after the character in Robinson Crusoe.Yes, you can rename it to something you like. I can be sitting here at my desk and get the same information, which means I can write this article and hear the latest news. It makes me more efficient and it saves time. I believe that Adondo Personal Audio Link is a wonderful way to get by with fewer gadgets. It's a great way to get information while doing other things, like driving or writing an article. Is it perfect? No, and "Friday" will even tell me that. Ahh,but it's been carefully thought out and beautifully done. I use it all day long, to get information, to check email, to hear the news, and more, while I'm doing other things. This is a program you have to try. Download it and see what I mean!

- DownloadParallels Workstation for Windows and Linux NOW!
Parallels Workstation is a full-featured virtualization solution.I found the product to be very stable and remarkably easy-to-use.Installed on the host computer Parallels Workstation utilizes the hardware for each virtual machine. Every "virtual machine" has it's own RAM, hard disk space, DVD drives, and so on. Every aspect of a virtual machine is clearly seen. You can see how much disk space is allocated, how much RAM, what the boot sequence is, and much more. The properties of the virtual machine can be easily edited and other devices can be added.
The Parallels Workstation utilizes a technology known as"hypervisor" to give great stability to each virtual machine. A hypervisor works to directly control the hardware on the host machine so each virtual machine is more efficient. The hypervisor works extremely well with the newest CPU's from both AMD and Intel. The hypervisor technology is not found in any of the other virtualization software I tested. Another unique feature found only in ParallelsWorkstation is support for both Windows and Linux. That means that the same package can be installed in both Windows and Linux systems.
Parallels Workstation is extremely intuitive and easy-to-use. In my opinion it's perfect for both corporations and home users. With a price of just $49.99 US it's by far the most cost effective solutions for anyone wanting to get into virtualization. ParallelsWorkstation is fast, efficient, and intuitive. I particularly like the screen that shows precisely what each virtual machine is comprised of. Every virtual machine I created ran like a champ and gave me optimum performance. You owe it to yourself to give it a try. I give it my highest recommendation!
