Rhapzode, by altaVENTE is an excellent product for anyone who works with Microsoft PowerPoint. What's really cool is that it lets you convert your presentations intoexecutable EXE files. On top of that it will also help you to protectyour presentations. How? By letting you password protect andencrypt them. I tested it out and created several EXE files thatI then put on DVD. From there I could take the DVD to another machinethat didn't have PowerPoint and play my presentations. Slick.

The screen shot gives you a rough idea of what the interface looks like. The program is really easy-to-use so it's perfect for users with alllevels of experience. Another feature that I found really cool was theability to require agreement to a non-disclosure agreement or aend user license agreement before someone views yourpresentation. That means you can present ideas that you want to keepprotected and force the viewer to agree to your terms. Very clever. I'mso impressed with Rhapzode that it's not only a Pick, but I'malso making it a Dr. File FinderFavorite and in 25 years of evaluating software there aren'tvery many of those. So, check it out, I recommend it.
