WinCatalog Standard, by WinCatalog.com is a slick program for creating a catalog or catalogues. You can use it to catalog all your CDs or DVDs. In testing it out I did a whole batch of CDs in just a few minutes. Once you've processed a disk you won't need it again. WinCatalog Standard lets you find every file both quickly and easily. It works really well with just about any kind of media you can remove like CDs, DVDs, thumb drives, and the like.

Another cool feature of WinCatalog Standard is that it can even catalog files that are inside compressed files, like ZIP files. Slick. In playing around with it I also found that you can use the program to catalogue things like magazines or books. So, it doesn't just work with files, but with anything that suits itself to a catalog. The program is intuitive and very easy-to-use making it perfect for users with all levels of experience. It supports drag and drop, can pull the tags from audio CDs, and lots more. If you've got things to catalog, this may be your solution.

Sendblaster Free Edition , by eDisplay is a powerful mailing list program that responsible companies can use to email clients or potential clients. Many companies use email to contact users or those who might become users, like when you download software. I know I often receive follow-up emails after downloading and that's often done with something like Sendblaster Free Edition. The program has a very nice user interface and I found it to be easy-to- use so it's perfect for both new and experienced users.

You can personalize the emails you send with Sendblaster Free Edition so your emails don't sound so much like a form letter. Using the program you can put your message together, decide who you want to send it to, and send them out. The program also comes with some nice templates you can use to get you started. By using the variable fields you can introduce up to fifteen different personalized items in each email.

Sendblaster Free Edition has some great features and it's also quite easy-to-use. You can manage your email list, eliminate bad addresses, and lots more. So, if you're looking for a bulk email solution for your business take a look at Sendblaster Free Edition.

Championship Euchre Pro for Windows, by DreamQuest Software LLC. is a nice version of the classic game. Growing up in Michigan nearly everyone knew how to play at least two card games - pinochle and euchre. Apparently Euchre was a very popular game in the 1800's, but it still has a good following. Championship Euchre for Windows provides you with five different ways to play the game, hopefully covering the variation you grew up with.

In recent years I haven't been reviewing as many games, but reviewing this one was lots of fun for me. The "characters" that come with the game are funny and entertaining and it gives the game more realism. Speaking of realism I really like the fact that Championship Euchre for Windows lets you alter the rules. That's a powerful feature in a game like this because often rules vary from region to region. You can play the game on your desktop or even online. Oh, and if you aren't already a fan of Euchre the program comes with a very nice tutorial that will guide you through the game. Hey, and you can even get hints during the game.

Championship Euchre for Windows is beautifully done with nice graphics and a sense of humor. You get about 24 "characters" to play against so you an keep the lineup fresh. I like this one so much that I'm also making it a Dr. File Finder Favorite and in 25 years there haven't been many of those. So, have yourself a little fun and check it out. I recommend it.

LanFlow Net Diagrammer, by Pacestar Software is a great tool for creating diagrams of your network, a LAN, even Internet communications. I tested it out using my own network and was impressed by how simple it was. You can add clipart and the program can show wiring, flows, and the like. It has a few templates you can use or you can create your diagram from scratch in no time at all. At the sane time you can create your own templates for future use. It's a great way to lay things out so you know exactly what's going where, and to who.

You can do simple network diagrams or you can spice them up with graphics and colors. It's a great way to document how things were set up so someone can understand it. There are lots of configurable options and I always like that. The program gives you lots of flexibility so you can do things your way. For example, you can import JPG, BMP WMF, and other file format to create your own diagram images.

LanFlow Net Diagrammer works in both millimeters and inches, provides you with a full range of diagraming symbols, lets you add text where you want, and plenty more. If you want a tool that's specifically designed for diagramming networks this is your solution. Check it out.
