See a Summary of "Going Portable" Articles

by Michael E. Callahan aka Dr. File Finder

It was during the holidays in 2007 when I started to take a long, hard look at how I did things on my computer. At this same time I started investigating going portable, using USB drives, and trying out Web-based services. I've been on a quest and I've shared my findings with all of you.

I've received a bunch of emails asking if I could put all of the "going portable" articles in one article so they'd be easy-to-find and easily accessible. So, here for you is the entire series up to this point, because I'm not even done yet. When I am, I'll update this article for you so it's complete.
