Users can burn, erase, load, and eject CDs and DVDs. The command lines are easy to learn. In the documentation the author states, "The real facility of CommandBurner is the ability to use it from the command line, or through any method that can pass commands to the command line, for example a batch file." The command line functionality makes tasks like scripting backups to CDs and DVDs quick and easy.
I couldn't find an e-mail address embedded anywhere in the interface nor could I find one online but they do have a small forum set up for anyone who wants to leave feedback.
