It's designed from the ground up to makeit easy for you to do bulk emailings. It's excellent for sending outupdate notices, newsletters, church bulletins, and lots more. Each andevery message can be really personalized because the program lets youinsert variables into your messages. That means you can include thingslike the persons first name, address, phone number, and lots more. Thishelps to make your messages really personal. At the same time theprogram keeps everyones information private and that's important. Theprogram can also handle bounced messages and can verify all of yourrecipients. Very nicely done!

With Group Mail, you can maintain and manage as many recipientlists as you want. Easily add, edit, and delete names. You can evenimport new recipients from a file, the Windows clipboard, or even anaddress book. And the program makes it easy-to-do! Very slick! Ipersonally use Group Mail Pro to do all of the notification messages forthe Shareware Industry Awards nominations and voting. It works like acharm! I use it right from my own desktop, but you can also use GroupMail with a dedicated email server. That gives you real flexibility.And talking about flexibility, Group Mail is simply loaded with othercool features.
