Mail Box Dispatcher, by www.anti-spam-tools.com is a handy tool for dealing with SPAM and lots more. What's cool about the program is that it doesn't download all your email, but just enough to determine what is in your email. The program can filter out unwanted email, or SPAM, and does so in a variety of ways. The program maintains four (4) different lists that help it to detect unwanted email. These lists consist of bad phrases, whitelist, blacklist, and allowed recipients. The program lets you get rid of unwanted email while it's still on your mail server. Slick!

Mail Box Dispatcher "learns" as it deals with more and more email. That helps it to get smarter about what is junk and what isn't. It works with any POP email account and you can use it to monitor multiple accounts. I also liked that fact that I could tell the program to check my email ever so many minutes. The program is easy-to-use and has a nice interface and I think that makes it perfect for users with all levels of experience. It has a good number of configurable options and I always like that. For example, you can have the program notify you when new email is available. Nicely done. You can use the program to fight SPAM and also as an email notification system. So, if you're looking for a way to deal with "junk" email this may be just what you're looking for. Oh, and it's Free. Check it out!

File Audio Processor, by Sprintbit Softwareis a cool tool for working with audio files. The program lets you play, record, and even edit audio files. You can even use it for recording new files and for organizing your existing audio files. I found that the program really makes it easy to manage your files and that can be a huge benefit. On top of everything else, the program can also play video files. That makes it a full-featured multi-media program. The interface is very intuitive and the program is easy-to-use.

File Audio Processor lets you edit audio files and then save your changes. It also lets you process files in "batches" which means you can perform a function on many files at once. Use it to convert a group of files from one format into another. The program comes with a large number of features including a playlist manager, a media player, a mini media player, support for the on-line music, CDDB, database, and lots more. To fully appreciate this product you have to try it for yourself. So, of you've been looking for some software that can handle all of your audio and video files, this may be what you want. Lots of excellent features that give you control over your audio and video collections. Take the time to download it and give it a try.

novaPDF Lite, by Softland is a program I found when I had a need and it was so good I decided to review it. The program I had been using to create PDF files started acting quirky so I looked around for a replacement. This is what I found and it really did the job! To start with the program is very intuitive and extremely easy-to-use and that makes it perfect for both new and experienced users. Unlike some similar products, novaPDF provides you with lots of power for creating PDF files. You can utilize functions like compression, shared printing on a network, security, and more. The program makes it a snap to turn your Word documents into industry-standard PDF files. You can also convert files from Powerpoint and Excel. Nice!

novaPDF lets you set it as the "default" printer. What does that mean? Well, it means that in any program when you tell it to print it will automatically generate a PDF file for you. Very slick. Another cool feature is "user profiles." I used this to set up different criteria for creating PDF files. One profile used one set of parameters and another would use parameters that were totally different. This gave me the flexibility to switch back and forth quickly and easily. I was creating some PDF files for the Shareware Industry Awards Foundation and I was pleased to find that the files created with novaPDF could be searched! That's not true with many similar programs. Excellent.

novaPDF makes it easy to create top-notch PDF files that have all the features you could want. You can compress them, password protect them, print them, save them, and lots more. This is truly a full-featured program that lets you take advantage of the many features PDF files offer. So, if you've been looking for a product to help you create PDF files, you have to take a look at this one. Very nicely done -- I recommend it.

Genus ViewMinder, by ViewMinder is a very slick program for working with graphics images. And it can handle lots of graphics images. What the program does is pull all your graphics together and then helps you maintain a database of information about each file. You can include information on when a picture was taken, who took it, and so on. This product really helps you to organize pictures so you can find what you need, use them, and enjoy them.

Genus ViewMinder can monitor how many times each files is used. That's a particularly neat feature in a business setting when you want to know which images get used and which don't. Another really slick feature is found when you want to share your images. The program can actually "package" a group of photos together and include your descriptions in the package. All of the data you enter about photographs and images is kept in a database. That means you can catalog your photos with a range of information. You can indicate who took a photo, where it was taken, what's in the picture, and so on. With information like that available in a database, you can pull up pictures in lots of ways. For example, I had it bring up all pictures taken by Carol in Ireland. Very slick and very fast.

Genus ViewMinder can handle a large number of photos and still find what you want in a flash. The program is quick and flexible. In looking at the program and working with it, I can see where it could be of use both at home and at work. An impressive way to deal with all your many images. Need a way to catalog and share pictures? Then check this program out.

Ozum is a neat program that's a newsreader that is designed for handling multi-media content. Unlike many newsreaders, Ozum has no problem dealing with sound files, graphics files, or even video. It has a powerful search function and is easy-to-use. The program is loaded with features including the ability to unpack compressed files and listen to individual parts of multi-part files. Really slick. I'll get to my full review as soon as possible, but don't wait for me. Check it out now and see what you think. This is a newsreader that's different!

Dr. File Finder Quick Pick

PMG Connect caught my eye because it deals with connecting to a PC remotely. What's cool about this program is that it helps you to use Remote Desktop that's built into Windows XP. How does it help? Well, it lets you connect even if you're going through a firewall and/or a router. Anyone who has tried to do this knows that it can be a frustrating task. This program has found a way around the hassle and makes it easy to connect to your remote PC. I want to do a full analysis of it, but don't hang back. Take a look at the program and see what you think about it. I'll have my full review shortly!

Dr. File Finder Quick PickMedia Purveyor is a free media player and image viewer that's easy-to-use. You add keywords to images and that makes it a snap to find them later. The program lets you edit images, create slide shows, and lots more. The program is simply loaded with high-power features. Hard to believe it's free. So, check it out and I'll get to my full review as soon as I can. Really an impressive product.
