Applying at Tucows
Once you’ve submitted your resume and you have been selected as a candidate of interest, someone from our corporate recruiting team will contact you.

Phone interview
The phone interview is conducted by a member of our recruiting team and helps us get a feel for your skill-set, interests and desired compensation. It also helps us see if there’s a match between our needs and your strengths. If things sound good all around, you’ll be invited to come into the office for an interview.

Face-to-face interview
The recruiter conducting your interview will ask you a wide variety of questions, ranging from common skills and experiences to more challenging questions as they apply to your position. You may then have an interview with the departmental manager. If you have applied for a technical position, you can also expect to have two or three technical people present. The entire face-to-face interview process may take 2 to 3 hours.

What happens next
After your interview, we’ll decide if the fit is right and let you know if you’ve been selected to fill the position. We know that finding the right job fit is important. It helps you feel good about your job, perform better and grow with the company.
