|0 points||the application or service doesn't provide any customer support.|
|1-2 points||e-mail address or email form, clearly displayed in application or website.|
|3-4 points||the developer returns helpful correspondence in a timely manner.|
|5 points||forum, live chat, a telephone number, or some other form of technical support embedded into the program.|
Please note: To receive forum points, you must provide adequate information therein. The forum should be a valuable, helpful resource for users, rather than a contrived space designed to score the extra point for this Rating criterion. To receive a 5-point total for this criterion, you must already meet the requirements of the previous criteria.
Features: These are supplied features that go above and beyond the intended use of the application. Intended functions are not considered unique. Example: If a wallpaper app offers 20 mobile wallpapers, that's the intended function of the software. If said app links up with a Flickr feed to pull in new wallpaper and offers rotating wallpaper for every day of the week, those are unique additional features and will be rated as such. (10 pts)

With that in mind, the reviewer assigns up to 10 points based on his or her overall experience with the product or service and if they would recommend it to others.
The Tucows Downloads Rating Scale is determined by adding the total points for each criterion.

Please note: If one or more criteria have ratings of not available (N/A), this will not count against the online service. When a category is scored not available (N/A), the reviewer was unable to test these features of the service. For example, if only six of the 10 items can be scored, then the score is divided by 60 instead of 100.
