System Tools Installer takes over after sysinternals/Nirsoft/Joeware/etc.
tools have been downloaded, by automatically wrapping the tools in an installer that creates shortcuts in your start menu. After installation you can uninstall System Tools Installer and all tools again easily. You can also 'run' the tools simply by typing their name in the run prompt. We're just making it a little easier.
