Contact Manager 5.1

Contact Manager offers full compatibility with the built-in Data, Agenda and Internet software which allows linking of the built-in applications. Contact Manager is fast and allows contact information to be found quickly and with a minimal number of keystrokes.

Contact Manager is available in two versions. v5 is for use on both the Psion 5 and the Psion 5mx. This version of Contact Manager uses a standard Psion Data file to hold contact information. This means that contact data can easily be passed from one machine to another and read on any machine by using the standard Data application.

Contact Manager (mx) v1 is for use only on the Psion 5mx. This version uses the data held in the built-in Contacts application but provides a far better interface than v5.

One registration covers both versions of Contact Manager.

Features include:

• Storage of contact details: name, address, telephone numbers (home, work, mobile), e-mail address, Web site details
• Allows a note file to be attached or detached
• Has a find facility search the browser for any Web address held
• Creates a fax for any number held
• Finds any entries in Agenda containing the contact's name and displays them
• Pastes telephone number, fax number or address to the application being worked on and posts the information to the clipboard
• Allows appointments to be made with a contact and writes the appointment to Agenda
• Allows the import of existing Psion Data files
