Setup is quite easy, but a little knowledge of MySQL might be helpful.

Once the program is installed, all you have to do is point your Web browser to the site area you just created and log in. You will then be walked through a little setup program to add users, set up groups, customize the look of the program, and set the permissions for users and areas.
