If you need to do more work around emails (like getting a column containing email address to go in a email "from" field easily, or extract email address), you can use extractemailaddress.com
I reckon this the above software does much more, as apparently Yahoo Mail Extract Email Addresses-Software goes through your email and address book automatically to retrieve your data.
