CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2013 1.0.0
Get a powerful signatures and disclaimers manager for Microsoft Exchange Server 2013.
With CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2013 you will be able to fully control email signatures in you organization without changing anything on the client machines. The program gives you a handful of features that are needed to revamp the look of your corporate emails. It also aids marketing campaigns, since using it you can easily insert graphics and banners to emails centrally on the server side.
CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2013 adds signatures to emails based on rules. The server administrator at first creates a signature template in a specially designed template editor. The editor supports HTML, RTF and plain text formats. It also allows admins to insert graphics and logos in a very simple way. In fact using it doesnt much differ from the way you usually work with an ordinary word processor. After the signature template is created, the person whos taking care of the signatures can decide to which emails the given template is supposed to be added. It can be e.g. used in all emails, only in those sent by a given Active Directory group, or added to messages sent by a single person.
The program fully integrates with Active Directory. For instance, the server administrator can use dynamic placeholders while creating signatures. These placeholders are replaced with employees individual information after the message is sent. No need to set anything individually on end-users machines.
The program can be tested for free for 30 days, download the trial now!
