RoboForm makes logging into Web sites and filling forms faster, easier, and more secure. RoboForm memorizes and securely stores each user name and password the first time you log into a site, then automatically supplies them when you return. RoboForm's powerful Logins feature eliminates the manual steps of logging into any online account. With just one click RoboForm will navigate to a Web site, enter your username and password and click the submit button for you.

Completing long registration or checkout forms is also a breeze. Simply click on your RoboForm Identity and RoboForm fills-in the entire form for you. You no longer need to remember all your passwords. You remember one Master Password, and RoboForm remembers the rest. This allows you to use stronger passwords, making your online experience more secure. RoboForm uses strong AES encryption for complete data security.

RoboForm protects you from identity theft, fights phishers, defeats keyloggers and more. RoboForm is easy to use and has been named PC Magazine's Editor's Choice and is Five Cow Rated.

Note

Free to try, trial lasts 30 days.

Think twice before buying Roboform. I was a happy customer of Roboform until now. About three years ago, I purchased a license for their Pro version 6, that included unlimited updates and upgrades. Found out today that they have retroactively changed the user agreement without telling me, and now I have to pay for the upgrade to version 7.

Their communication skills need work.

Downloaded the trial version a couple of years ago. I've finally decided to go ahead and buy it, which gives me more options.

Wonderful program. Couldn't get by without it.

This program saves me countless headaches. My work requires me to use 4 web based programs that require log ins and passwords. I have to visit these same sites about 50 times daily. This program automatically inserts user name and password. I love it!

Although it appears to work well, there is a fundamental design weakness that makes we wish I hadn't bought it. This is that it has not been designed with any degree of privacy. And privacy is the first layer of security: if you leave your car unattended you don't leave valaubles on show no matter how good your car alarm!

When you are logged out of your Roboform profile, the user interface is still visible. This means that anyone else using your PC can see which websites you are registered at, although they can't actually use your passwords (trying to use them prompts for the password). Also, Roboform stores its data in individual encrypted files (one for each website), and these are visible (but not usable) in Windows Explorer.

The only workaround it to make the names less obvious: eg. call your entry for ebay something like "xgygz" - but then you won't know what it is even when you're logged in!

As far as I can see it works well, but if you want privacy as well as security, this is not a good product.

NOT FREEWARE! After 1 month it prompts you to buy every time you try to use it.

You will not be afraid to sign up for sites anymore. You can register for a site, like I just did for Tucows, in a few seconds and never lose the password again. You don't even have to know what the password is. Safer, easier, cheaper, better. There is a business version too that allows you to administer the logins for the whole office.

Roboform is a fantastic piece of software. All my vital and secure info is entered here so any form I need to fill out is done automatically after my approval of the site. I love it.
