When the call begins, the program dials any number you specify. You then get to talk to the recipient on his or her telephone. No microphone is required.

It includes a built-in phone directory, can import phone numbers from Microsoft Outlook, dial phone numbers directly from Microsoft Outlook, the phone directory can be synchronized with Web Call, you can add billing codes to every call and download call detail and information billing. It also offers automatic disconnect and reconnect for dial-up users and the proxy server configuration allows use with internal firewalls.
