Who's Calling 4.5.5
This program works even if you don't have caller ID services by dialing the phone company and obtaining caller information.

It will announce incoming calls by speaking the number. It records caller information, blocks unwanted calls and e-mails call notifications. Recorded calls can be added to a phonebook and automatically dialed when you're ready to return them.
You can also create a list of callers to block. When a blocked number is received, the phone is simply disconnected.
