Icon Machine 3.0 Beta 22
Icon Machine is an icon editor that lets you customize the icons belonging to items in your Finder.

To edit the icon of an item, just drag it onto the Icon Machine icon in the Finder. Icon Machine will then open a window in which you can edit the icon.
For more information, including on later updates, please read the documentation or visit the home page.
The beta version of Icon Machine has some bugs when running under OS X. It's recommended that you run it in OS 8.6 through OS 9.1, or in the OS X Classic environment. To run it in Classic, open the Finder's Get Info window for the Icon Machine application and check the Open in Classic environment option.
