Gnuplot is a well-known scientific plotting application.

It supports 2D and 3D plots, scripting, nonlinear least-squares fitting, user-defined functions, a wide variety of graphics formats and other features. Use it to plot both mathematical functions and raw data.
Plots can be generated in a large number of formats including PostScript, GIF, PICT, QuickTime movies, ASCII text, Adobe Illustrator, CGM and many others. Gnuplot is AppleScriptable and recordable and can use the drag-and-drop method.

This port is a carbonized application created with Metrowerks CodeWarrior Pro 6, and the GUI is based on the Metrowerks PowerPlant application framework. Consequently, it will run only on Mac OS 8.6 and later. You must have Color Quickdraw, QuickTime and CarbonLib 1.1. The application has been tested under MacOS 9.0, MacOS 9.1 and MacOS X Public beta.
