The Gambler 1.0b
First, let me say that I probably wouldn't recomment this game for kids.

After all, it uses a slot machine for practicing multiplication, and we don't want to encourage gambling among children. However, for adults who are weak in multiplication skills, The Gambler is a fun way to practice.
When you play the game for the first time youneed to join the Gambler?s Club by clicking the Join Club button and typing a name. Next time you play, just click the Sign In button, select your name and click OK. You can start or stop the timer by clicking on the small clock icon or by using the Timer menu option.
When playing the game, you enter the answer to the problem shown and press OK. The slot machine then goes into action to indicate if you're right. The answer box is always selected so you don?t have to click in it - just type in the answer. In additon, a Times Table Tutor is available in a floating window that can be positioned anywhere on the desktop.
Other features include:
- Choose the amount of money required to break the casino's bank.
- Use the timer to set personal goals (can be switched on or off).
- Use the Times Table Tutor to build confidence.
- Choose a specific multiplication tables to work with.
- Record best times for each factor.
- Play against the timer, a friend, or yourself.
