HTML Timer is not a program that's going to tell you how long it takes to create a page of html, but it will tell you how long it takes your html page to load.
All you need to do is open up any html page, using this program of course, and it will tell you how long your page will download or upload at different modem speed.
HTML Timer will also scan for broken links, files, and images at different speeds. This can be very helpful in editing a page. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
