TidyHTML 1.0 Beta 13
Dave Raggett's TidyHTML is a free utility that fixes mistakes automatically and tidies up sloppy editing, thus creating a nicely laid-out markup.

It also works great on the atrociously hard-to-read markup generated by specialized HTML editors and conversion tools, and it can help you identify areas that need further attention.
TidyHTML is a FilterTop filter designed to check and correct HTML and XML source. It is able to fix a wide range of problems and bring things you need to work on to your attention.
Each item found is listed with the line number and column, so you can see where the problem lies.
However, TidyHTML won't generate a cleaned up version when there are problems that it can't be sure how to fix. These problems are logged as "errors," rather than "warnings."
