Wowser intercepts system commands to open Web sites and makes sure if the default browser is already running.
If not, and another browser is, then the command is sent to that browser. This eliminates the problem of two browsers being opened at the same time. It makes your Mac use the opened Web browser as the default.

Requirements are: a Power PC Macintosh with Mac OS 7.6.1 or later and Internet Config. Macs with Mac OS 8.5 or later have the Internet Control Panel that takes the place of Internet Config.
