BetterPlayer allows you to change the file type and creator for movie files.
The advantage to this is that you can make any movie open with BetterPlayer. You can also set files to play automatically and loop with the click of a menu. This makes BetterPlayer ideal for MP3 and MIDI files as well as ordinary movies.
If you want to change a file back to its original state, it is really easy, BetterPlayer can revert any file back to the way it was. It's all about source code, and if you are a programmer and would like to make BetterPlayer a better program, the source is included. You just need a copy of FutureBASIC 3 and you are ready to go.
