Etchelon Tracer allows you to create key frames and morph them. Features include morph-animation from a frame to any other frame, either vector graphics or bitmap morphing, rapid development of vector graphics from bitmapped images, and the ability to add special effects to existing live-action Quicktime movies.
The program can manage 35 key frames and 999 transitions between each key frame. Save the commands and produce animated presentations. Import backgrounds from Quicktime to produce animated overlays.
