It also reads MP3s if you have QuickTime 4.0 installed. As for AVI and ASFs, AVI files can be read, but some of them need a special codec that's not available in the QuickTime architecture. The only way to get those files to work under a Mac is by having the correct extensions installed, like Indeo Video 5.
inMotion features a slider for volume control, and a control for advancing or rewinding the movie. You can use the default color for background or choose black or white. Clicking on the + button will change the viewer to full-screen.
