ACTION Files is what the Mac's Open and Save dialog boxes should of had a long time ago.
ACTION Files enhances the look and feel of the standard Open and Save windows by adding features to make you more productive. Rename files, trash files and set-default folders right in the dialog windows. A must have for people who do a lot of moving around in different folders and drives.

ACTION Files is fully compatible with all Macintosh computers running System 7.0 or later, including Power Macintosh computers, System 7.5 and Mac OS 9. If you are NOT using Mac OS 8.1 or higher, you will also need to download the Apple Appearance Manager.
