Quadrivio General Edit Lite is based on the commercial version of Quadrivio General Edit.
General Edit Lite is a very simple version that allows you view and edit files as hexadecimal, ASCII, Unicode (Roman encoding only), 16-bit decimal integers or 32-bit decimal integers.
