HQXing 1.3.1
HQXing is an easy-to-operate application for encoding and decoding BinHex (.

hqx) format files. Two ways to use the program are to open it and then choose the file you want to encode/decode, or, just drag-and-drop the file onto the HQXing icon, and, presto, the file is encoded/decoded.
Choose "Preferences" from the Edit menu to configure the features of HQXing. A dialog box will appear that has these options:
- Destination: "Same As Original" that lets you save the converted file(s) to the same folder or volume as the original file(s).
- "Always Ask" that always prompts for the converted file(s).
- "Always Use" that always saves the converted file(s) to a selected folder or volume.
- Miscellaneous: Gives the choices of "Beep When Done" that sounds a "tick-beep" when the conversion process is finished and "Quit When Done" that quits automatically after finishing the conversion process.
HQXing uses very little hard drive space and memory.
Please read the documentation or visit the home page for more information.
NoteRequirements: System7 or later.
