MacVillage.net Assistant 1.0 Beta 2
MacVillage.

net Assistant provides a couple of ways to search the Web by using the MacVillage.net Web site. When you click on the programs icon, it opens a window with a search field. You enter what you're searching for, then either click Go, Search or View Directory. I tried several terms and clicked Go, but kept getting the ever-popular Not Found result.
I had better luck with those same terms when on clicked on the Search button. Your term is automatically entered into the MacVillage.net search engine (powered by Mamma), and your Web browser opens with the results. Clicking View Directory seems to just take you to the MacVillage.net main directory page.
