You can easily switch between themes in seconds, instead of the hassle of switching shells, which is a definite plus for any shell enhancement.
Now it's easy to configure content-independent themes. This offerd hotspots and drag-and-drop support.
It has a right-click context menu and provides extended Start Menu functionality.
Overall, I like it and am still using it. Considering that I blow through some 60 applications a day, this is quite a rarity. I love the customization, drag and drop and overall shell enhancement feel.
