TimeDist roughly estimates distance based on how long it takes for sound to travel from one place to another.

It can be used to figure out how far away you are from lightning or fireworks.
Simply tap on the "start" button when you see the lightning, for instance; then the "stop" button when you hear the thunder. The program will display the elapsed time in hundredths of seconds, and it will approximate how many feet you are from the event.
