This is the Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP edition of Columbia University's Kermit communications software.

It handles both modem and TCP/IP connections, offers 40 different terminal emulations, Kermit, FTP, and XYZmodem file transfer protocols, international character-set conversion including Unicode, and numeric and alphanumeric paging. It also allows incoming connections, and includes a scripting language to automate any communications task that can be done by hand.
