    Install appeared to complete correctly, and the software loaded when run from the install procedure. However, after exiting, the software would no longer run. Install failed (unable to open install.log). It took over 2 hours to manually remove the software, including editing the registry. Major headache.

    When software did run, it appeared to not run properly (command to delete an individual frame actually deleted all frames).
