Manage your teams and projects in MS Outlook with this workgroup utility.
It can be used with or without a server. Using an Internet or intranet connection, team members can share and manage calendars, contacts and documents, assign tasks, send meeting invitations, post news, create discussions, and access other information in MS Outlook.
With a team task list, team members have access to their project contributions, and you can also create contact lists. As projects develop, lists can be updated. News, links and other information are available to all team members.
You can add new team members by simply adding their names to the 4Team Address Book. MS Exchange profiles are supported, and the program allows automatic updates.

4Team products are sold with one year of support. 4Team's definition of "support" extends to re-installing their products, so that if you ever change PCs or operating systems, or upgrade from one level of Office software to another, you will have to pay them an upgrade fee to re-buy your software. I found this out when I tried to reinstall my Duplicate Killer, and the software would not accept my original authorization code. I emailed 4Team, and got this reply:
"Thank you for your email.
In order to activate the program again you need to deactivate license first. Deactivation is considered to be a support case. That means your subscription for support and updates must be valid in order to deactivate.
"To extend the subscription for support and updates for anothere year you need to purchase an Upgrade (50% of the original license price)."
I recommend that you find products not sold by thieves.
