The program handles file formats including DLL, EXE, ICO, ICL, OCX, SCR, CPL, BPL, VBX and DRV, and extracts all available icons from files to the visual image list. It can save icons as BMP, ICO, JPG, GIF, PNG, PCX, TGA or TIFF files.

Icons can be saved as separate files or copied to the clipboard and pasted into applications and documents. The program stores found icons in a database and compresses them.
