Split & Concat 1.6
This utility can split and recombine very large files to divide them over several CDs.

It was designed originally for use with Usenet, where large files are often split into smaller parts.
Messages posted in newsgroups can not be more than a certain limited file size. For that reason, you will often find binary files that are split in parts. Although one can split from the command line, this utility lets you perform these tasks by drag and drop.
