Minesweeper is a Windows classic.
Still, it isn't very pretty to look at by today's standards. Granted, I have fun with it when I have nothing else to do, but it isn't easy on the eyes.
This changes nothing on the gameplay side or content other than adding much better looking graphics, effects and sounds. Winning the game finally gives you more than just a smiley, and losing has its flair as well.
No one can blame you for thinking the standard Minesweeper looks mediocre, but with this release you don't have a reason to play it anymore.
