A Networking and Sharing Wizard allows easy group set-up. Clients, Projects and Tasks are easily selected from a drop-down list which is shared with colleagues and you may also set different on-screen colors for various entries. You can add notes to tasks, which are then summarized with time on various reports. The program has powerful project budgeting, reports and analysis graphs allowing users to bill clients or projects and to analyze where time is being spent by individuals. Timesheets and reports can be exported to most common file formats. Various billing rates can be set for employees and projects and a link with QuickBooks and Sage Line 50 allows you to invoice clients. Tasks can be set as non-chargeable, which allows productivity and revenue to be calculated. The Human Resource allows managers to track Leave, Sickness, Flexi-Time. The administrator can see an overview of all timesheets and projects. Overtime rates can be set to allow billing or reimbursement. Remote workers can use the integrated email function to send-in timesheets. The program also has an activity (to-do) manager to keep track of personal items to be done. Link with Microsoft Outlook, Project and Excel, to enhance your productivity.

Note

Original Release users require the Winsock 2.0 update patch from Microsoft.

We evaluated this but went with Pacific Timesheet (http://www.pacifictimesheet.com) as it was easier to use and supported our payroll system. We especially like that it can be used for project time tracking as well as basic time and attendance for payroll - good job!
