fmMailmerge can generate both text and HTML outputs, and letters can include embedded graphics that are either pasted in while editing or merged from a FileMaker Pro database. The application also supports the sending of multiple e-mail attachments.

Create and maintain definitions that describe how a letter is to be constructed and to whom it should be sent. fmMailmerge does not send e-mail or faxes directly. It supports Eudora, Outlook Express, Entourage, Powermail and Mailsmith, along with the fax application FAXstf 6.
