This is a CGI application that helps you to manage your online realty listings.

It has three access levels.
Site visitors can search listings based on specific criteria, view detailed descriptions of listings, and see agents' personal information.
Realtors can add any number of items to the database, add images to listings and edit existing records.
Administrators can modify settings for every listing, add and delete agents, change agents' passwords, create skins and modify global settings.
Realty Server supports pages in English, German, French and Russian.
