This uses Microsoft Agent animated characters to read your text out loud.

It can read your documents, e-mail, Web pages or any text in the clipboard. Just keep the character on top of your desktop and click on him whenever you want him to read. You control the speed and pitch and enjoy many characters with different expressions and animations.
This also features voice recognition technology, so your computer can accept spoken commands. This can be used to launch applications, Web sites, play music, shut down, restart your computer or just reply. It will also remind you of your appointments and try to entertain you by telling jokes. You can also play WAV files and change voices or languages with by downloading extra speech engines.
