This is an icon editor for editing small images including icons, cursors and animated mouse pointers.
It supports ICO, CUR, ANI, GIF, JPG, EMF, WMF, TGA and WBMP image files. It provides 60 image filters including blurring, sharpening, embossing, diffusing and color balance. It also provides 50 image effects including linear gradient, radial gradient, rectangular gradient, wave and 3D shadow.
There is a screen capture tool and you can convert 25 image formats to icons, and extract icons from EXE, DLL and ICL files. IconCool Editor supports Windows Vista and XP style icons and Hot Spot for cursors.
