This is a Win32 port of the CLIPS expert systems shell, originally developed by Nasa.
This package contains a standard CLIPS 6.1 implementation, where the kernel has been moved to a DLL, so that multiple applications can use it. This program is a GUI development environment, featuring several tools including syntax highlighting and command completion, graphical display of the state of the CLIPS environment, watch and command synchronization, and a script debugger. This package also includes Python and C++ interfaces.
