The software provides unattended control for a Windows PC: shutdown, restart, log off, standby or hibernate your computer based on the date and time, idle computer time, hotkey combination or a manual command.
The program can also monitor battery levels in notebook computers and act while there is still power available. Systems running Windows 2000 and XP can have AutoShutdown automatically lock the workstation. Different hotkey combinations can be set up for each function.
