CatsCradle 3.4
This allows you to translate Web sites without worrying about the HTML code.

It grabs all of the text to be translated from a Web page and places it into a built-in editor for you to translate alongside. The program then automatically integrates your translated text back into the Web page leaving all of the HTML code untouched. You can click to preview the results, or use the real-time view to watch the Web page evolve as you translate.
A color-coded file catalog enables you to see which pages you have translated, and provides word counts for whole folders of Web pages. This program can open HHC and HHK help contents and index files, so it can be used to translate CHM help files also.
