It follows a plug-and-forget approach. Admin and Reporting is completely web-based.It does not require tracking script. It can act as a dedicated statistics server to parse log files from other Web servers on the local area network. It can also be set up as a statistics bureau service.

It uses the Windows Metabase for automated site profile set up. The merging server runs in the background to parse log files and it will filter out junk hit lines or images per directory or site profile. It uses the local Windows user database to authenticate users. Reports can be generated in various languages, and a whois function is included.
