Create shared workspaces that included shared: calendars, contacts, a journal, email (inbox, send items, etc.), tasks, notes, documents and any other folders. Share different Folders (subfolders) with different groups of people. Include a new team member by simply adding his/her name to the easy wizard. Synchronize data with your teammates: just click 'Send and Receive' in MS Outlook (or automatically), and all your inputs will stream to your teammates' computers and automatically update their data. Share and access yours and your Contacts Free/Busy time via the Scheduling Tab of the Appointment / Meeting Request or use Group Schedules in the Calendar folder. With the Shared Calendar this feature will help you schedule all your meetings and appointments. Always know your co-workers and friends free/busy time without disclosing the subject and private details. Work offline or online: you can change any data in each item and after that connect to the Internet or your company's network to synchronize it, or you can update your contacts folders data automatically by changing the 'Send and Receive' settings in MS Outlook. Create subscriptions for events, contacts lists, etc. Share any custom forms of clients' data, meetings, and tasks. Synchronize your mail folders. Create your easy workgroup CRM. No server and no administrators are needed. It's a cost effective solution for family and business workgroups.

I've started using ShareO a while back now to share my Outlook and here's some of the things I've seen:
Pros:
- It's pretty much the best program I've found for sharing everything in Outlook, from calendars to emails to contacts.
- Since my organization uses custom forms, I was searching for something that could share them. ShareO does that.
- It has user-rights management, which I need since I have many people that I want limit to doing only specific things in the sharing process.
- Makes Outlook a program for truly interacting with your co-workers.
- It's cheap in comparison to Exchange server.
- From what I've seen of it, it's pretty reliable (doesn't crash or anything).
- Works via email - no server.
- Works with all firewalls (or at least has settings to bypass the firewall).
Cons:
- Not immediate updates. Updates the data only after Send/Receive...
- If you use your phone and don't want all of the data to transfer over to it, you have to use a separate e-mail.
