Create, share and synchronize Public folders without Exchange server. Work online or offline: you can change any data in each item and connect to the Internet or your network afterwards, to synchronize or share it. Share calendar Free Busy time information and group schedules. Share different Outlook folders or subfolders with different groups of people. Create subscriptions for events, contacts lists using the option View Only. Share and synchronize Outlook PST data via email with our fully functional replacement for Microsoft Outlook Net Folders. Share Outlook custom forms. Synchronization and sharing between different Outlook versions (i.e. 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007) is supported including the latest Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 versions. Helpful tool if you want to share Outlook information between computers. I am using it since 2008 and have not experienced any problems.

Tested on a virtual serivices server.Works great.Think, it is a good program for Outlook data sharing.
